Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Laboratories LLC (“Aura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Grub website at usegrub.app (the “Site”). Grub is a product of Aura Laboratories LLC.
Information you provide
The Site does not currently offer an account, ordering flow, email signup form, or creator post submission form. Creator and restaurant inquiry links open your email app. Planned in-app creator tools are described for information only. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message, so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
Technical and analytics information
When the Site is served in production, it includes Vercel Analytics. This service may process information about visits and page use to provide website analytics. The Site does not currently use advertising scripts or a first-party account system. We do not add a cookie banner because we have not identified a consent-based cookie feature in the current Site.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the Site, understand general site usage, respond to messages, protect the Site, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Vercel to host the Site and Vercel Analytics for production website analytics. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to correspondence, maintaining business records, and addressing security or legal needs. You may contact us to ask about information associated with your communication or to request correction or deletion where applicable. You can also limit analytics through browser settings or blocking tools, though those choices may affect site functionality.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or its practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
